Warranty Coordinator


The role of Warranty Coordinator will involve you working closely with the warranty manager to process warranty claims to JCB as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Key Requirements include:

  • Data entry
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Processing warranty credits

The ideal candidate will have:-  

  • Relevant experience within the plant industry or car industry
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Good computer skills – although training will be provided.
