Central Invoicing administrator


The role will involve working closely with our Service Supervisors to make sure jobs are invoiced quickly and efficiently to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:-  

  • Relevant experience within the plant industry or car industry or similar
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Good working knowledge on Microsoft applications
  • Good computer skills but training will be provided
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • 8.30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch
