Bed Tillers

Single Bed Tiller (1.8m)

The ScanStone single bed tiller comes with quick change blades as standard. The machine can also come with bed makers attached on the back which can be auto reset or shear bolt.

The rear ploughs are fully adjustable to allow a well cleaned out trench and to stop the ploughs digging in unnecessarily.

3.6m Bed Tiller (2 ploughs)

The 3.6m bed tiller can be easily folded to 45 degrees to allow the operator to change blades and less horse power is required from the tractor than larger bed tillers.

3.6m Bed Tiller (4 ploughs)

Enables a 200 hp tractor to comfortably bed till across a 3.6m width and creates 3 beds exactly the same for the de-stoners. This plough configuration also allows the operator to bed till twice if this is necessary. Independent folding units allows the ploughs to be folded up for parts of the field where it’s needed. The bedmaker can also be easily detached from the bed tiller and used as a conventional light duty bed maker where bed tilling is not required.

5.4m Triple Bed Tiller (4 ploughs)

This machine can work directly onto the surface easily when fitted with intake discs.
